Hong Kong · Factory direct · Worldwide B2B
Reboot Global Corporation manufactures complete display assemblies, supplies LCD open cells, and stocks every part and machine needed to refurbish Apple screens at scale — OCA, front glass, polarizers, backlights, flex cables and full lamination lines.
Product range
We supply three kinds of buyer: repair shops that need finished assemblies, refurbishers that rebuild screens themselves, and distributors that need both, in volume, on a stable price list.
Complete lids for MacBook Air and MacBook Pro — Retina and Liquid Retina, with frame, hinges, antenna, camera and sensor flex fitted and tested.
21.5" and 27" panels, 4K and 5K Retina, sold bare or pre-bonded with front glass. Adhesive strip kits and opening tooling available with every order.
Bare panels and open cells for refurbishers running their own bonding lines. Original, original-refurbished and high-copy grades, each quoted separately — never mixed in one batch.
The full bill of materials for rebuilding a screen: OCA film cut to model, front glass, polarizer film, backlight sheet sets, diffusers, reflectors, foam and shielding tapes.
eDP and LVDS cables, backlight cables, camera and sensor flex, hinge sets, bezels, LCD covers, clutch covers and screws — sold by piece or in service packs.
Complete refurbishing lines: laser separators, OCA laminators, autoclaves, vacuum de-bubblers, glue removers, dust-free stations and panel testers — with training and spare parts.
Model not listed? We reference several hundred panels. Send us the A-number or the panel reference printed on the back of your screen and we will quote it.
Inside the plant
Every assembly we ship has passed through the same sequence. Nothing skips a station.
Panels are logged, checked for cracks, edge damage and cell leakage, and matched to their production batch.
The broken glass is separated from the cell by laser, without heating the polarizer or stressing the driver IC.
Residual OCA is removed and the surface is cleaned in a dust-free booth before the new film is applied.
Vacuum lamination bonds the new optically clear adhesive and front glass with no trapped air at the edges.
Pressure and temperature cycle clears micro-bubbles and stabilises the bond before the panel is powered up.
Diffusers, reflectors and light guide are replaced as a set — the single biggest cause of returns when it is not.
Frame, hinges, antenna, camera and sensor flex are fitted, torqued and cable-routed to the original layout.
Pixel map, uniformity, brightness, colour, touch or Force Touch where applicable, camera and sensor lines.
Burn-in run, final visual grading, then foam and anti-static packing designed to survive air freight.
Quality control
A screen that fails in the customer's hands costs everyone far more than the screen itself. That is why testing is not a sample at Reboot — it is every unit, twice.
Warranty terms are confirmed on the pro forma invoice and may vary by product grade.
Equip your own workshop
If you already move volume, refurbishing in-house is usually cheaper than buying finished assemblies. We supply the machines we run ourselves, plus the consumables that feed them.
Cold separation of the broken glass from the cell. Preserves the polarizer and avoids the heat damage of hot-plate methods.
Bonds glass and cell under vacuum so no air is trapped at the edges. Model-specific moulds supplied with the machine.
Programmable pressure and temperature cycles that clear micro-bubbles and set the bond permanently.
Drives eDP and LVDS panels through the full pattern set, logs the result and prints the batch label.
Why buy from Reboot
Most buyers outside Asia lose weeks on translation, unclear grading and disputed returns. Reboot Global Corporation is set up so you deal with people who answer in your language and in your time zone, while the parts still come straight off the line.
You buy from the plant. There is no trading house and no distributor margin sitting between you and the line.
Original, original-refurbished and high-copy are quoted and invoiced separately. Grades are never mixed inside a carton.
Quotations, stock checks and technical questions are answered within one business day, in English or French.
Regular buyers get a quarterly price list rather than a new number on every enquiry.
Foam, corner protection and anti-static bagging designed around what actually breaks in air freight.
Photo or video evidence, a batch code, a credit note. No negotiation ritual on genuine DOA units.
Terms shown are indicative and confirmed on each pro forma invoice.
Request a quotation
The more precise the model list, the faster the answer. A-numbers, panel references or even a photo of the label on the back of the screen are all we need to start.
